UVA DYNAMIC TWIN TUBE

The UVA Dynamic Twin Tube is a high-speed bag-making machine capable of producing 300+ (2x150) pillow bags per minute, all within a compact footprint of less than 5 square meters. It features a 400 mm continuous motion heat seal jaw, which allows for sealing both bags in a single motion. With the Twin Tube, you can produce either pillow or gusseted bags, giving you the power to adapt to different production needs.

The model that we are showcasing is designed for the powder industry and is a proven concept. This model is equipped with a Spee-Dee twin auger and has a proven record of cutting CO₂ emissions by transitioning from canisters to bag-in-box packaging and increasing factory productivity. Our installation currently delivers over 200 pillow bags per minute (100 per tube), each filled with 400 grams of powder.

The Twin Tube has two separate film transport units, each capable of holding a film roll with a diameter of 450 mm and a maximum width of 310 mm. Each film transport web is servo-controlled and includes a 25 mm film web guide for precise alignment with the two distinct forming sets that create the bags.

The pitch between the tubes is 260 mm, allowing for seamless connections to high-speed multi-head weighers, liquid dosing pumps, or augers. This compatibility enhances the machine's versatility, enabling you to integrate it into your existing production line for a more efficient and streamlined operation.

As part of our Dynamic range, the Twin Tube features an IP 55 hygienic stainless steel sloped frame, waterproof rubber seals, and hygienic ventilation covers. This design ensures efficient cleaning, reduces contamination risks, and prevents bacterial growth.
